Please remember the Humane Society of Pinellas when preparing your will.
Do you already have a will? You may amend your current will with a codicil.
You may bequeath:
- Your entire estate
- A percentage of your estate
- The remainder of your estate
- A specific dollar amount or specific assets, or
- A contingent bequest that passes to HSP in the event your primary beneficiary predeceases you
Possible wording:
I Bequeath ____________________ to the Humane Society of Pinellas, Inc., 3040 State Road 590 in Clearwater, a not-for-profit corporation, located in Pinellas County, Florida.
(Please be sure to include our complete name and address.)
