Open Paw ®

Open Paw ® is a shelter-wide training program that was adopted by Open Pawthe Humane Society of Pinellas in August of 2006.  HSP was the first shelter in Florida and the Southeast to adopt this innovative behavior enrichment and training program.  Developed by internationally renowned training experts Dr. Ian Dunbar and Kelly Gorman, Open Paw ® works when everyone contributes to make our animals more adoptable, and keep them happy and healthy while they are waiting to find their forever homes.
